Nestled at the base of Mt. Shasta, Siskiyou Lake Highlands is a small, friendly community, with views of Mt. Shasta, Black Butte, the Eddies, and Battle Rock. We enjoy four real seasons, and activities that change along with the seasons. The Mt. Shasta Resort, featuring an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, dining, and spa is within walking distance, the Sacramento River offers some of the best fly fishing in the nation, and you can swim, kayak, sail, or paddle board on nearby Lake Siskiyou. The Mt. Shasta Ski Park offers downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing, and there are many spots for snowshoeing and back-country skiing as well. SLH is about 1.5 miles from Mount Shasta and is outside the city limits.
